Pure Digital Technologies, Inc. warrants the Flip Video Camcorder against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your camcorder develops a problem, please follow the procedures outlined below:

If your camcorder develops a problem within the 90 day warranty period:

Please submit an issue to customer support detailing the nature of the problem. We will attempt to resolve this issue for you and if not resolved, provide you with further direction to have your camcorder repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit.

If your camcorder develops a problem outside of the 90 day warranty period:

Although product repair and service are not available, you may still have the option to request recovery of any videos that are stored on your problem camcorder. Please submit an issue to customer support detailing the nature of the problem and the request for video recovery. You will then be contacted with an RMA number and shipment directions to facilitate the video recovery.
